    Kathleen O'Connor is President & Founder of Achieve Accreditation. She is proud to be celebrating her 35-year career anniversary in accreditation. She worked for nearly a decade at The Joint Commission and has spent a combined total of 35-years guiding assisted living communities and skilled nursing providers with accreditation. Kathleen's career at The Joint Commission included: participating in the development of the standards and survey process, participating in the training of Joint Commission surveyors, and lecturing nationally on accreditation. As a highly regarded accreditation readiness expert, Kathleen participates in frequent speaking engagements at the individual states and national level. She holds a bachelor's degree in Health Care Management and a master's degree in Gerontology. Kathleen's most enjoyable part of working at Achieve Accreditation is watching a concept that was just "an idea" 35 years ago turn into a business mission that has the privilege to help make a difference in the senior living industry. Kathleen enjoys hiking, yoga, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

    As Executive Vice President, Kristin Bratcher holds dual roles in providing hands-on accreditation consulting guidance across the continuum of the senior living industry, as well as a focus on business development. She has worked with Achieve Accreditation since 2013. Her passion includes helping client partners grow in addition to achieving successful survey outcomes. Kristin is celebrating her fifteen-year career anniversary in the senior living industry, having previously served in progressive senior living leadership roles. She holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Social Work. Her favorite part about working with Achieve Accreditation is beginning the accreditation readiness process with a new client partner and seeing them through to a successful survey. Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband, kids, and three dogs, along with following her favorite sports teams.

    As Executive Vice President, Kerri Hackstock holds dual roles in providing hands-on accreditation consulting across the continuum of the senior living industry, as well as a focus on business operations. She has been working with Achieve Accreditation since 2013. Her passions include collaborating with her client partners to make processes easier and more efficient while improving the quality of care. Kerri is celebrating her fifteen-year career anniversary in the senior living industry with previously served multiple years in progressive leadership roles. Her favorite part about working with Achieve Accreditation is the amazing relationships she has built with her client partners and the team. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Professional Counseling. Kerri enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids and loves a good true crime podcast.
